Co-own a home on Roatan

A few families share one home. Each owns a deeded share, uses the home some weeks a year, and can choose to rent it when they are away. It is not open yet. Join the waitlist to hear first.

How it is planned

Your share of a real home, on paper.

  • One home, a few owners

Each co-ownership is one home, shared by eight owners or fewer, each named on the paperwork.

  • Your share is deeded

You own a real share of a real home, documented by a Honduran lawyer-notary.

  • Your weeks

The owners share the calendar, so every family knows its weeks in advance.

  • Rent it when you are away, if you choose

Renting is optional and the owners decide. The owners pick the property manager, and can replace them.

A lawyer first. Then, and only then, a home.

A lawyer must approve the structure before anything is sold. Nothing is for sale today and no money is taken. The waitlist only tells me who is interested and what kind of home you would want to share.

Join the waitlist

No commitment. You hear first when a lawyer has approved the structure and a first home is chosen.

Your details go to Emil and his office only. Never sold, never shared.
