Rental income
Rental income on Roatan, from real records
You will not find a rental income number on this page yet, and that is on purpose. Online averages and sales-brochure projections are how people get hurt. I would rather show you nothing than show you a guess.
How the report will work
Real units. Real records. Every quarter.
From real units' records
The figures will come from the actual bookings and expenses of real rental units, supplied by a property manager. Not from websites, not from averages.
Read like an accountant
Gross, then every cost that comes off it, then what is left. The way I would want to see it if it were my money.
Published quarterly
A new report every quarter, so you see the slow months as well as the busy ones.
Until then
If rental income matters to your decision, ask on a 20-minute call. I will tell you what I know, what I do not, and which questions to put to a property manager before you buy.
Send me the first report
Leave your email and you get the first quarterly report the day it is published.
