Discovery Weekend: three days to decide on Roatan
Three days on the island, planned around your short list. You see the areas, you walk through homes, and you meet the people you would close with. You fly home knowing, not guessing.
Day 0
First, a 20-minute Zoom
Before anyone books a flight, we talk for twenty minutes: your budget, how you will pay, what the home is for and when. I plan the three days from that call, so no hour is wasted.
The three days
The whole island, in an order that makes sense.
Day 1
West Bay, West End and Sandy Bay
The west side: the beach people picture, the village you can walk, and the calmer north shore. Homes on your short list in each, and a feel for how each one lives on an ordinary day.
Day 2
French Harbour and surroundings
Where many islanders live and work. Stores, services, the harbour, and homes that trade the postcard for daily island life.
Day 3
The East End, then your closing team
The quieter, greener end of the island in the morning. In the afternoon, sit down with a lawyer-notary, a bank, an insurer and a property manager, and ask them everything.

Blue Horizon Studios, West End
You stay at Blue Horizon Studios in West End, which I run. You can walk to dinner, and the reef is right there in the morning.
